About us
Office of Academic Affairs is the office that oversees a variety of academic programs and departments at SK. There are two deans: the primary dean and the secondary dean. The primarily dean of this office is Mei Wen Chen who supports curriculum initiatives, faculty hiring and promotion events, faculty research, projects and teaching, and all academic departments and programs.
The secondarily dean of this office is Pei Yun Lin who ensures junior academic program is professional organized and developed. Both deans will work closely and coordinate mission statements, academic strategic plans, academic policy, shared admission duties, grading and retention standards.

SK teachers will work hand in hand and problem solving with other subjects teachers to create better curriculum for our students

Teachers will learn and problem solve together through different workshops in order to ensure all students achieve their goal

Teachers at Sk are the key elements for effective teaching, teachers is one of the key elements propellers for school improvement
Enhancing Student's Learning
We enhance student's learning through variety of resources, we provide two ways of enhancing learning include bringing local experts to the classroom and taking the class on field trips outside the classroom. Both of these help students learning become more vivid

Develop curriculum plans
Scheduling examinations , teacher assignments and proctoring exams
Convene curriculum development committees, teaching research meetings, group learning meetings, teacher meetings, curriculum consultation meetings and other teaching and curriculum-related meetings
Organize lesson study
Handle the professional development of teachers
Handle the second foreign language courses
Handle students' course selection, course consultation and guidance, and course selection briefings
Manage classroom logs

Teaching and Curriculum Project Execution
- Pilot School of 12-year Basic Education Curriculum
The Ministry of Education is promoting 12- year basic education curriculum guidelines, 51 schools around Taiwan have been selected by Ministry of Education Department to run the pilot schools. Among the pilot schools, those with more experience schools are responsible for the planning and implementation of the Curriculum, at the same time, they will help new schools for the project in the transformation of their curriculum. Pilot Schools will give the opportunity of self-growth while assisting other schools to inherit the experiences of carrying out the Curriculum.
- Ministry of Education Senior High School Actualization Program (SAP)
SK participates in the project for more than 10 years and has been developed variety of courses and won many awards. Through SAP, we want to
provide high-quality for high school curriculum in our school
provide a better teaching facilities for our senior high school students.

- Ministry of Education Learner Autonomy Project
According to 12-year basic education, we want to promote Learner Autonomy and Self-Directed Learning specifically to support students in:utilising appropriate communities, spaces, and resources for learning

becoming more aware and in control of their learning processes
achieving their language-learning and other goals

- Ministry of Education Artificial Intelligent (AI) Application
AI is the key component at Sk curriculum, preparing our student for their future
Encourage our students to understand technology through AI
Motivate students to learn how intelligent technologies are being successfully deployed to build competitiveness
Engage students interests and awareness in AI technology
