Personnel Office

Personnel office includes all administrative and routine tasks that oversees the human resources department of the school such as hiring employees, doing legal paper work, implementing school policies, custodian of employee contracts and more.

Daily Staffing Operations

Sheng Kung human resource specialist is involved in the day-to-day staffing of the school system. They ensure the right people are hired for school jobs and that the staff is functional. Some of the tasks including staff recruitment, recommending hires, maintaining job titles, administering employment tests, supervising personnel procedures, assigning priorities and assisting other administrative staff with personnel issues.


Support School Employees

SK human resource specialist generally serves as the liaison between teachers, staff and school administrators. To support the school's employees, the human resource may communicate labor relations information or interpret employment laws. Additionally, the human resource may host a new employee orientation, coordinate training, conduct professional development workshops, providing information on employee benefits and activities, verifying employment and helping employees with employment-related paperwork.


Administrative Support

The human resource specialist team at Sk work closely with the school administration. In some school systems, the specialist may report directly to school authorities. Similarly to interpret contract information, policies, procedures, state and federal regulations and compliance information for administrators.


Record Keeping

The human resource department at SK is responsible for collecting and keeping all kinds of employment records. The human resource member at Sk may be in charge of updating and maintaining these files and creating reports. They may collect and file information in each employee's file. During school meetings, the human resource may be the note-taker to keep record of changes or updates that affect employment.
